The counting of days may be stopped for requesting additional information from the applicant. The source of License Types and number of days is from R18-1 Article 5 published June 29th, 2007.
  2. Each request for an alternative design, installation, or operational feature under A.A.C. R18-9-A312(G) to a Type 4 General Permit adds eight business days to the substantive review time-frame.
