Sav-On Plating of Arizona, Inc. to Pay $60,000 Penalty to Resolve Hazardous Waste Violations in ADEQ Plating Initiative
The Arizona Department of Environmental Quality and Arizona Attorney General's Office announced today that Sav-On Plating of Arizona, Inc. will pay a $60,000 penalty as part of a consent judgment entered in Maricopa County Superior Court for hazardous waste violations at its South Phoenix plating facility.
