This utility will allow you to query ADEQ's databases to obtain information relating to the Remediation and DEUR Tracking System (RDT). Like all other information on our site, data retrieved with this utility is subject to our disclaimer.
This utility will allow you to search databases for information relating to DEURs, VEMURs or other remediation. The utility will provide you with: remediation ID, program, place address, remediation start date, remediation end date, remediation level achieved, WPD director's approval date for DEUR, DEUR or VEMUR record date, program file number, contaminants, concentrations, and depth, if available.
There are three options to select from:
- DEUR: Declaration of Environmental Use Restriction. A restrictive land use covenant that is required when a property owner elects to use an institutional (i.e., administrative) control or engineering (i.e., physical) control as a means to meet remediation goals. The DEUR runs with and burdens the land, and requires maintenance of any institutional or engineering controls.
- VEMUR: Voluntary Environmental Mitigation Use Restriction. A restrictive land use covenant that, prior to July 18, 2000, was required when a property owner elected to remediate the property to non-residential uses. Effective July 18, 2000, the DEUR replaced the VEMUR as a restrictive use covenant.
- Other: All other sites where the owner has elected to remediate the property without the use of an institutional or engineering control.
Specify criteria in one or more fields below and then click the Search button. Clicking the Search button, without specifying any search criteria, will return the entire listing.
Use the "^" (caret) character, accessed by hitting SHIFT 6 on your keyboard, to narrow your search to records that begin with a particular string. For example, using ^ACME will only return records that begin with the string "ACME". On the other hand, simply specifying ACME (without the caret) will return records that contain "ACME" anywhere within the string.
