Synopsis & Discussion
Forecaster: -B.Farrell
Another dry upper level trough currently located over the Pacific Northwest will affect our weather Wednesday and Thursday. The biggest impact locally will be breezy to occasionally gusty afternoon winds with some spotty blowing dust expected. That said, the winds aren't expected to be strong enough to cause widespread blowing dust. Therefore the dust risk forecast remains in the moderate category for next couple of days. We can expect relatively quiet weather for the middle to end of this work week with abundant sunshine and near normal temperatures each day. Local dust generating activities in the mornings around Hidden Valley will also play part in the overall PM10 levels. However, at this point have moderate dust risks forecast for Wednesday through Sunday. Stay tuned.
