[ ] Identify the E-waste Event site
[ ] Identify the event time frame
[ ] Contact the event site owner/management
[ ] Prepare information about past events for event site owner/management
[ ] Receive permission in writing from the property owner or manager
[ ] Research permits needed and insurance forms that are required
8-6 Weeks to Event Date
[ ] Create contingency plan for inclement weather
[ ] Determine if large items will be accepted
[ ] Notify ADEQ of upcoming event
[ ] Select ADEQ approved E-waste recycler (vendor)
[ ] Identify partnering agencies
[ ] Meet with partners to review logistics and responsibilities
[ ] Determine volunteer needs
6-4 Weeks to Event Date
[ ] Provide volunteers with proper forms
